1. Pre-payment is required
   You must pay for all packages and lessons in advance to secure your scheduled time.

2. Payment options
   Credit/debit cards: 2.6% fee
   Zelle: No extra fee—flat rate only

3. Canceling a lesson
   Less than 24 hours' notice: $100 fee or you lose the lesson
   Less than 72 hours' notice: $50 fee to reschedule

4. Canceling a driving test
   Less than 24 hours' notice: $220 fee or you lose the test
   Less than 72 hours' notice: $130 fee to reschedule

5. Cancellation fees
   Cancellation fees must be paid the same day, or the lesson/test will be forfeited.

6. Driving appointment duration
   Each driving appointment lasts for 2 hours.

7. Payment method
   All payments (for lessons and car rentals for tests) should be made by phone call or text.

8. Car usage for lessons
   We always use our own car for lessons.

9. Lesson format
   Lessons are one-on-one only: Just the student and the instructor are in the car—no guests are allowed.

10. Learning pace
    All students receive the same quality of instruction, but the pace of learning may vary.

11. Requirements for driving lessons
    You must have already passed the written test at the DMV and possess a valid California learner’s permit or driver’s license, which you must bring with you for your lessons.

12. Valid learner's permit
    You must have a valid, unexpired learner’s permit. If your permit is expired or lost on the day of your lesson, you can either:
    a. Forfeit the lesson or
    b. Reschedule with a $100 fee

13. Sickness policy
    Less than 72 hours’ notice of sickness: $50 fee
    Less than 24 hours’ notice: $100 fee or loss of the lesson

14. Appointment confirmation
    You will receive a text with your appointment details. You must reply to confirm the date, time, and pickup address.

15. Instructor contact
    Your instructor will use your phone number to contact you when they arrive.

16. Changes or questions
    Feel free to text us with any questions or changes at any time.

17. Terms of service agreement
    This is a terms of service agreement between you, the purchaser, and the service provider, Cornerstone Driving School, LLC (a California limited liability company).
    By making a purchase or sending us money, you, the purchaser, acknowledge and agree to our terms of service.
