1. Pre-payment is required.
   You must pay for all packages and lessons in advance to secure your scheduled time.

2. Minors are required to have their parents contact us to purchase and schedule driving lessons on their behalf.

3. Payment options.
   Credit/debit cards: Standard price.
   Zelle: Discounts offered.

4. Please Allow a 5-10 minute window for your instructor's arrival before or after your scheduled start time, as travel between lessons may vary. You will always receive your full lesson time.

5. Canceling/Rescheduling a lesson.
   Less than 24 hours' notice: $100 fee to reschedule or you lose the lesson.
   Less than 72 hours' notice: $50 fee to reschedule.

6. Canceling/Rescheduling a driving test.
   Less than 24 hours' notice: $220 fee to reschedule or you lose the test.
   Less than 72 hours' notice: $130 fee to reschedule.

7. Cancellation fees.
   Cancellation fees for same day cancellations or less than 24 Hours' notice must be paid the same day, or the lesson/test will be forfeited.

8. Driving appointment duration.
   Each driving appointment lasts for 2 hours.

9. Scheduling method.                                                                                                                  All lesson appointments must be scheduled via phone call or text message.

10. Car usage for lessons and driving test rentals.                                                                    Our certified driving school vehicles are used for all lessons and driving tests.

11. Lesson format.
    Lessons are one-on-one only: Just the student and the instructor are in the car—no guests are allowed.

12. Learning pace.
    All students receive the same quality of instruction, but the pace of learning may vary.

13. Requirements for driving lessons.
    You must have already passed the written test at the DMV and possess a valid California learner’s permit or driver’s license, which you must bring with you for your lessons.

14. Valid learner's permit.
    You must have a valid, unexpired learner’s permit. If your permit is expired or lost on the day of your lesson, you can either:
    a. Forfeit the lesson or
    b. Reschedule with a $100 fee

15. Sickness/Rescheduling policy.
    Less than 72 hours’ notice of sickness: $50 fee
    Less than 24 hours’ notice: $100 fee or loss of the lesson

16. Appointment confirmation.
    You will receive a text with your appointment details. You must reply to confirm the date, time, and pickup address.

17. Instructor contact.
    Your instructor will use your phone number to contact you when they arrive.

18. Changes or questions.
    Feel free to text us with any questions or changes at any time.

19. Terms of service agreement.
    This is a terms of service agreement between you, the purchaser, and the service provider, Cornerstone Driving School, LLC (a California limited liability company).
    By making a purchase or sending us money, you, the purchaser, acknowledge and agree to our terms of service.
